Poco M3

POCO India, a sub-brand of Xiaomi, has launched a new smartphone named POCO M3 on 2nd February 2021. This smartphone is available in India on Flipkart. The smartphone will soon be available on sale on Flipkart. This smartphone comes with huge battery life and a very beautiful colour on its back along with a rectangular black region consisting triple camera.

POCO M3 has a base variant of 6GB RAM and 64GB storage at Rs. 10,999. This smartphone also has a variant of 6GB RAM & 128GB storage priced at Rs. 11,999.

POCO M3 Design

POCO M3 is available in three beautiful colours named as Cool Blue, Power Black and Yellow. It weighs about 198g and is 9.6mm thick. It comes with 6.53 inch screen with waterdrop notch display. 

On the right side of the device, the fingerprint sensor is integrated with the power lock unlock button which unlocks the device very quickly. Above the power button, there is a volume up-down button. While on the left side of the device is only a Sim tray in which you can insert dual SIMs along with a microSD card.

On bottom side of the device, there is c-type port for charging, a 3.5mm headphone jack for wired headphones and a speaker grill. The device has Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the front and a plastic back.

    Display:

    POCO M3 houses a 6.53 inch FHD+ (1080 x 2340) 60Hz IPS LCD Display which offers 400nits of brightness. The display will not disappoint you as it is quite bright for everyday use and will not suffer in outdoors. 

    Processor:

    POCO M3 has Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 which has four Kryo 260 Gold cores and four Kryo 260 Silver cores. In terms of graphics, it has Adreno 610 GPU which will support gaming at low-medium graphics settings. It also has  NavIC support, Bluetooth 5.1 and WiFi adapter.

    Battery:

    POCO M3 has 6000mAh battery which can last for about 9 hours of screen-on time on heavy usage. The charger included inside the box is also a fast charger of 18 Watts which can charge your device from 0 to 100% in about 3 hours time.

    Camera:

   POCO M3 has 48MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture as its rear camera. It can shoot videos at 1080p 30fps. This smartphone also has an 2MP macro sensor and 2MP depth sensor.

     On the front, it has 8MP f/2.4 camera sensor which shoots pretty decent photographs.

    Performance:

    This device comes with MIUI 12 based on Android 10 which has been getting better with every update. It offers more options to customise your smartphone, offers Game turbo for better gaming and many more. 

    According to benchmark performances, it post a score of about 1,77,000 in Antutu which is quite decent. As far as gaming is concerned, it can run heavy games like Call Of Duty smoothly in low graphics without any lag.
